After a terrific rookie season, Minnesota Vikings corner Holton Hill was suspended four games Friday for violating the league’s performance-enhancing substance policy, per a release from the NFL.

Hill went undrafted in 2018, in part because of character concerns that overshadowed his athletic talent. He becomes the third Vikings player in two seasons to be suspended for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy. LB Kentrell Brothers and WR Cayleb Jones were each pinned with a suspension in 2018.

The Texas product started three games in 2018 and was leaned upon later in the season due to injuries to fellow rookie Mike Hughes, Xavier Rhodes and Trae Waynes.

Hill isn’t the first Viking to get in trouble this offseason. RB Roc Thomas was recently arrested for felony possession of marijuana and could be facing punishment as well.
